Focussing on small groups between 8 and 12 coaches maximum, who hold their Federations C-License. Our programs are made for staff from Clubs and Federations who want to spend 5 days in Holland or Spain experiencing football with us in an unique accelerator programm. While doing this in an environment that breaths Total Football.
The program will be tailormade around the challenges and ambitions of your group.
Of course it is great to watch AJAX play or visit Real Madrid. But we want to create an accelerator that is really focussed on helping you develop your Coach Compass.

- 6-Weeks Online Coach Course HFU
- Coach Course 5 Days in Holland or in Spain.
- 2 Groupcalls with Mary or Jurgen when returned home.
1.Ā Ā 6-Week Online HFU Coachcourse
Start 3 weeks before arrival with your first weekly online session. Mary will help you create clarity on your goals, challenges and the area's you feel good, need to improve or want to improve.Ā Jurgen will have a call with you to discuss the progress in your online course. You are primed in the right mindset already before arrival!
After your returned home and got back on track with your team(s) we will plan in 2 monthly calls to discuss your progress. This is a part of making sure you stay on track. ''Motivation is what got you started, now it will be your habits that keep you going''
During your 6 weeks Online HFU Course we get you through blended learning in our framework. You will start looking more structured to Matches and recognise the differences between Strategy, System and Game Principles and how they all relate. Our Technical Director Jurgen Kok, will have an online call with your group (before your arrival) to make sure the course will be all clear and adapted to your group as possible!

Classroom Sessions
We created a unique blend of different learning settings. We use our Classroom Sessions to teach our Principles and the theory behind them in each of our Building Blocks. We trigger you to look through a Framework that consistently relates your information filtering to how it can help you increase the team or players performance.
Field sessions
How to design your sessions in a way that they challenges the players to apply the Game principles? How to make sure they are naturally repeating the ''Topic'' while expanding their Toolbox with new solutions and executions.Ā
Match Analyzing
How to look through the same glasses in watching games. Analyzing the games is the starting point from where we determ what we need to work on. You can only progress when you have the Clarity to know where to focus on!
AssignmentsĀ
We create a challenging 5 days for you but combine this in a safe and empowering environment. Where you have enough time to digest all the information and discuss in small groups what you've learned. Our assessments don't take much time but they bring connection. Sharing your learnings with the other coaches that's build to make your knowledge stick longer!
3. Accountability
After you return home we help you continue your progress through:
- 2 Sessions with Mary and/or Jurgen on monthly group call.
- Discussing your progress and challenges.
- Your feedback, results and video's will be in our Online HFU Academy where you will have access to for 1 year!
