This question has always kept me awake at night. It has been my mission for many years to have growing performance and living purposeful go hand in hand. How can I help players grow their performance, while empowering them as a person to live fully?

How can I empower the people I work with, players/coaches, management on the field as well as off the field to have more authority to their performance?

Working in professional football for more than 2 decades now, I watched players and coaches grow from talented amateurs to becoming professional players, playing and coaching for high level professional clubs as well as playing or leading national teams.

I founded Holland Football University because I wanted to serve international players and coaches to grow their performance and improve their perspective.

Growing their authority over their progress I wanted to extend this more than only football. I became a Certified High Performance Coach. The first and only science backed high performance coaching program in the world. To teach the outcomes of the largest study at the world's high performers and implementing High Performance habits, with every ambitious player, coach and manager. Regardless of their background, gender, nationality or social-economic status. Implementing High Performance Habits help you create your performance compass, it gets you behind the steering wheel again towards your vision of success.

Total Football and High Performance Coaching

We decided to focus only on this combination. Helping you create a framework that is based on Total Football and High Performance Coaching. 

For players we do this through our 3 weeks Summer School. Where we combine the High Performance experience, with training, testing and playing while taking 4 hours a day at Johan Cruyff Institute online, a tailor made program that gets you a rare opportunity to get 3 ECTS / 1.5 US Credits. We will be there helping you implement the High Performance Lifestyle when you are with us and help you stay on track when returning home. Football and Study in Holland.

Coaches

For coaches who already have their Federation License we have created a 5-day coach course which focuses on your Goals and Challenges. Build your Coach Compass on the building blocks that build your vision on Analyzing, Planning Training/Coaching and Monitoring.

Clubs / Federations

We want to help Clubs and Federations with their Goals and Challenges on Coach Education. Instead of general programs, we love making tailor made proposals for your Coach staff. At your Club/Federation, but we can also welcome them in Holland. For questions on professionalizing women football, our staff is happy to offer you consultancy. We have been in your shoes, knowing how to build and professionalize the women game. Developing players, Educating coaches and Mentoring/Consulting your Management and/or board of directors.
